Project goals: Implemented Workday HR for 30,000 staff members across 15 countries, significantly improving the user experience with streamlined processes and automation.
My role: Led Change Management that involved engaging a 100 person change network to engage staff across 15 countries to input to design processes, communicate changes locally, and deliver training locally to HR audiences and the broader employee population.
Project goals: To create a new data analytics department to transition a department from microfiche to digital scanners, deliver Agile training to the organization, guide leaders to adopt digital behaviours (i.e. enhance decision making efficiency, increase accountability, and stimulate greater innovation), and improve service management in the call center through the use of a new analytics strategy, technology, and processes.
My role: Led the change management team to:
Guide the creation of the new analytics department (25 staff)
Develop and facilitated the delivery of Agile training for 100 staff members
Conduct a digital behaviour assessment with leadership (25 people) and facilitated workshops with leaders to co-create meaningful behavioural changes to ways of working
Design and delivered a communications and training program to transition staff (100 in 4 locations) from old manual ways of working to new methods using the new digital tools
Create a new KPI strategy for the call center and delivered the change management program to transition the call center to a new technology, and ways of working that focuses on the service experience and improved performance.
Project goals: deliver change management training to all 150 change management professionals across Canada.
My role: Training Lead for this project which involved designing the full day training session that included 7 sessions that focused on a new change methodology, digital change management, change tools, communications best practices, training best practices, along with experience exchanges with leaders and staff. Delivered the training in 7 provinces.
Project goals: Implement Workday HR to improve HR processes and HR services, launch a change management center of excellence to guide internal change initiatives and reduce reliance on consultant, and improve the service experience in call centers.
My role: change management lead to guide HR staff across all global sites (>20) to adopt new HR processes, designed a change center of excellence and trained staff in change management tools and approaches, facilitated sessions with call center leaders across 5 countries to identify service behaviours and process improvements.
Project goals: Design a new performance management program to increase productivity, feedback and recognition, and launch a leadership development program for all staff.
My role: Change management lead that involved designing and delivering the training program for leaders and employees on a new talent management technology and processes, and developed and launched a mentoring program for the whole organization.
Project goals: Deploy SAP Finance and Operations to warehouse and sales sites across Canada and the United States to improve processes through digitization and modernization,
My role: Change management lead responsible for engaging leaders and the change network (50 people) in the design of the solution, in the design of the communications and training program, and then delivered train-the-trainer sessions to the change network so they could engage staff (5000) across all sites with the new processes and tools.
